“Great service, kind and helpful ! The rooms were well stocked, well laid out and comfortable. The area has a lot of homeless that have cut through the fencing to get onto the property. There are solid gates and doors, all with security, so I felt safe. Not much more the hotel can do. It’s on the city to help them. ”

“Everything was great here. We did have a little situation when we got into our room. There was 3 huge moths that got in from the window that was left open previous to us getting into the room maybe from cleaners or something. We did take care of the moths and was able to lock the window but we were too tired to call down and change rooms or something. It was not horrible. We were able to get rest. Everyone was great from checking in to checking out. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The man and woman at the front desk was really nice and willing to help. But the room I got was not so good. It's wierd. When I was in my room, I didn't see the toilet paper, tissue and hair dryer inside. I had to go to the front desk to get them. Also, the sink of the bathtub seems to be clogged, so water went down really slowly. Besides, when I went for breakfast in the morning, it was run out of food. I had to ask the man in the front desk to refill. I used to love staying in Quality Inn……

“Parking is an additional $20. Very friendly staff at breakfast. Didn’t like the barndoor in the room. If someone is using the shower you can’t use the sink as it closes it in. ”
