「We ordered a “double or twin room” an hour or so before arriving in evening but they said we can’t have a twin room because cleaner isn’t there in evening to convert it. I was with my 14 year old and had to put my foot down and insist on them giving me 4 sheets to convert bed myself. What they should do is for same day bookings from afternoon onwards advertise only double rooms. Very poor customer service experience.」

「The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom itself was clean, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives for us. The hotel has very poor sound insulation. You can hear everything, from the music outside coming from the nearby restaurants and clubs late into the night to people talking loudly in the corridors as they return to their rooms as if they were standing inside our room.
