It needs to have great security, be clean, have a view, a balcony, have a great location a coffee maker lol, be stocked and this apartment was all of the above and more. 「We spent a month at the condo in Marbella and had a wonderful time. The few minor issues that we had were readily addressed by Bernie and everything was just as had been advertised. Bernie was very accessible when we needed to speak to him. Our biggest problem was not speaking Spanish, which made it difficult to communicate at times when speaking with workers at the resort or out in the community.
