「Gabriela was wonderful to work with for all our planning. PH is gorgeous and plenty of room and beautiful view! Gym across driveway so easy. Josefa made us delicious meals, kept the place spotless and washed all our closets daily. She is a sweetheart! We’ll be back for sure 」

I assumed there was parking as I had stayed in the same complex before, but was hassled by the door guy as he told me there was no parking assigned to the unit and obviously was making it as if he was doing me a favor (expecting money-usual DR stuff).」

「I live in the capital in Santo Domingo and travel all over the island. It's not often I don't find things I don't like where I stay. I am picky with where I stay. It needs to have great security, be clean, have a view, a balcony, have a great location a coffee maker lol, be stocked and this apartment was all of the above and more. 「We spent a month at the condo in Marbella and had a wonderful time. The few minor issues that we had were readily addressed by Bernie and everything was just as had been advertised. Bernie was very accessible when we needed to speak to him. Our biggest problem was not speaking Spanish, which made it difficult to communicate at times when speaking with workers at the resort or out in the community. Great beds, tremendous balcony for family gatherings, private pool and grill and wonderful neighbors. Will return more often and likely stay with this host when possible.
