“El personal muy atento, amable y siempre a disposición. Sin embargo, la propiedad si tenia detalles que deben ser arreglados para que sea adecuado su uso. Igualmente, había pocos utensilios de cocina, sobretodo cubiertos (e.g. solo una cuchara sopera) y las cafeteras estaban muy sucias. Ubicación ideal, justo en la playa con buenos restaurantes a su alrededor.”

“The condo was excellent for the value and the property manager responded quickly to any questions I had. The only issue is the limited hot water supply. If you don’t take 5-10 minute showers, then that could be an issue for you.”

“The beach access cannot be beat! Great restaurant onsite, friendly staff and beach loungers with padded cushions. Plenty of permanent umbrellas for those that like the shade. There are also plenty of loungers in the sun for those that prefer that. They don’t allow lounge seat reservations so there is always one available. We took two boat tours that launched from other Punta Cana locations so we got to see some other beach fronts and I have to say that Playa Turquesa was incredible. The condo……

“Apartment was on the 3rd floor but was very clean, laundry machine was great, and it was fully stocked with kitchen supplies (microwave, pots, cups, utensils…etc). We only used the pool once because we were mostly out and about. Pool was big and appeared to be well maintained. However, it’s not directly outside the complex- must walk to the pool. We felt very safe! Guards at entrance were very diligent in making sure who entered the complex. AC was great!! Beds were okay but pillows were very……

“They get one star because they cancelled my reservation 3 days before my family's travel. We had to scramble and find new accommodations because of a scheduling/availability issue. ”

“Raymonde and Andre’ place was pretty much perfect for a mid-winter getaway from the snows and temps of Michigan! We loved the location right on the beach. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. We also liked that it was close to town but just far enough away to get out of the main hussle. We’re already making plans to return next year!”
