So many pros: great, prompt communication with host, well looked after condo and grounds by property management, beautiful spot with wonderful (breezy) beach walks that cool you down, only 20-25 minute walk to town, laundry service (wash & dry for 250 pesos), water jugs delivered right to your water cooler (75 pesos), and water cooler has hot and cold taps, a bathtub (not common in the DR), a great espresso machine, cleaning service twice a week, so……

“Our stay at Kevins's beautiful apartment was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped by the warmth of the Caribbean and the incredible hospitality of our host Hector. The location was ideal, just steps from the stunning turquoise waters of the beach, and the property itself was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. “This property is exactly as advertised! We were 6 adults and 2 kids so the bedroom configurations were ideal. The gated property is a short walk from the beach abd local restaurants. It shares a nice outdoor pool area with neighbors. This particular unit also has it's own plunge pool on the roof and is the only unit that has one. “The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable”

“It's a beautiful apartment and gorgeous pool. Self parking and 24hr concierge. Had a great time in and out of the property. It's very family oriented. No rush on the way out, like some hotels, which I loved. Beach is a 6 minute walk or 1 minute drive. will definitely return every time I am in punta cana/ Bavaro. ”
