"An Exceptional Experience Thanks to Consierge Kevin Paulino! We recently completed a wonderful stay at Ocean El Faro, and we can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived until we departed, the customer service was outstanding—everyone we encountered was genuinely nice and courteous. The true highlight of our trip, however, was the unparalleled service provided by our Consierge, Kevin Paulino. Kevin truly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was flawless. He took the initiative to handle all of our a la carte restaurant reservations, making dinner planning completely stress-free. More impressively, he checked on us daily, both in person and via text message, demonstrating a commitment to personalized service we rarely see. When we notified him that the steamer in our room wasn't working, he had it replaced quickly and efficiently. His attentiveness elevated our entire vacation. Beyond the incredible service, the hotel's amenities and food were excellent. The buffet restaurant offered a great variety of choices, and the food was consistently fresh and delicious. Furthermore, the property itself is beautifully maintained; the pools and gardens were immaculate and provided a relaxing atmosphere all week long. If you are planning a trip to Ocean El Faro, know you are in good hands, especially if you have the pleasure of being assisted by Kevin Paulino. Five stars! "

"Live Aqua was amazing. Visited for my birthday trip, and the staff made me feel like a regular. After the trip I just had, I just might become VIP. Plenty food options, entire resort is beautiful, and fun interactions throughout the day. All staff were helpful and attentive. Shoutout to Jensky, Joe, Noris, Marian, Rosa, Nancy, Adrian, Joel, Salvador, July, Jhonny, Miguel, George, and Delvin! They truly made my experience unforgettable. Thank you!! "We were very satisfied with our stay at Viva Miches. The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked well. The restaurants were great — the buffet had different themes each day, and there are four additional restaurants on site. We were able to book the Mediterranean and Atlantic restaurants, and both were very enjoyable. A special thank you to Daniel and Deivi at the Atlantic restaurant — they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We also did a kayaking trip and my son loved it. The staff throughout the resort were friendly and helpful. The bars had plenty of drink options, and overall the food and amenities exceeded our expectations. My son even said he wants to come back someday. If I had to suggest improvements, it would be nice if the swimming pool hours were extended a bit later, and adding photos of the menu items at the à la carte restaurants could help guests know what to expect. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!"

"This resort is extremely beautiful- such a relaxing place to spend a few days and just unwind. The food is great at all the restaurants. The rooms are nice and upgraded. Staff is all very friendly. I would definitely get the excellence club rooms if possible. They come with nice benefits such as private beach and even a private restaurant. If I had to say one thing I found negative, I’d say it was the people with the animals (monkey, lizard, parrots) who come and bother you when you’re trying to lay out on the beach. This may not be the resort’s fault per se, but it was frustrating that every day some person came up to pester me about taking pictures with animals (one day the guy actually put the lizard on my leg and wouldn’t remove it until I got kinda nasty with him) When we are enjoying the beach, the last thing we want is someone coming up and putting animals on us or trying to get us to pay for pictures. "
