“Clean and comfortable extended stay hotel. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I really like that the doors to the lobby automatically open and the entry from the lobby to the elevator area and 1st floor rooms is open instead of needing to use a card key to get beyond the lobby.”

“All went well. The entrance along the side of the house was a little funky. Big rounded gravel and chunks of weeds on your way down. The furniture outside the entrance was dirty and not suitable for sitting . Better not to have anything then to display something you can’t sit on. The family upstairs had been cooking broccoli or brussels sprouts and the smell was very strong in the bedroom when I came home one evening. “Communication was great, all questions answered promptly. Very clean, nice amenities coffee, fresh flowers, snacks, laundry even though we did not use, white noise machine, tower fan. Great view of Pikes peak and location was great for lots points of interest. Close to grocery store, Walmart, Costco, breweries and restaurants. “Great home base for a 3-night trip to Colorado Springs. Amazing view & adorable bunnies hopping around. Clean hot tub, perfect for relaxation after hiking. Comfortable bed. Well-stocked coffee bar was a plus and fun to play a few rounds of pool. Street parking was fine. Very nice neighborhood. For those that may be uncomfortable w owner living above, it was no problem at all, and I honestly thought it was nice should we have needed assistance, which we didn't. “This is one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. Very comfortable home, awesome beds, clean clean clean bathroom (my biggest concern when staying at a place.) Just a quick walk to great food & Kaladi coffee. And great communication. Had a bit of an issue figuring out the remote because the main instructions for the home did not jibe with the remote. But there were remote instructions under the TV. We highly recommend this place for your stay! Will come again, thank you!”
