「Delayed at check in due to computer issues with the front desk, the front desk staff was greately apologetic and kind, not his fault. Got to room to discover there was nothing in the kitchen for cooking or eating. Nothing at all. The room had a full kitchen but no utensils, flatware, cookware. Received an email after I checked in, not after the initial reservation to state these items were not provided. 「This was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Red Rocks. I thought it might be noisy because of the busy street, but the bedroom is at the back and soooo quiet. The decor was beautiful and the kitchen and bathroom were well appointed.」

「Communication is thru a 3rd party who knows very little about the property and are hard to understand cause theyre not from united states. Slow to respond also. Internet was down half the time. Had a service guy there twice to fix it. Otherwise house was fine. It us small. But clean and serves purpose. Also had a fam emergency and had to head home a day early. Homeowner or 3rd party unwilling to show grace and work with refundung 1 day. Wont be staying again」

「This place is a motel in a neighborhood that can hear police chasing sirens couple times during the night. Strong smell of weed outside of building. floor is sticky, pillow is yellowish.」
