“Went to Denver for a Memorial Day trip and to catch and Yankee v Rockie game. The apartment was conveniently located, in a safe quiet area. No issues finding the property, the building and or the apartment number. Small issue with receiving the lock code but was QUICKLY remedied by the host. Plenty of parking right next to the stair case and the covered parking was not needed. The apartment had everything you may need and was quiet and clean. Check out was extremely easy and smooth. “It was an amazing place to stay! When we arrived there were snacks and drinks sitting out to greet us. It was very nice and clean and plenty of space to move around. The back patio and scenery were the biggest highlight! Being right on the lake, it never got loud, police monitor constantly. We felt so welcomed and comfortable the entire time. Theresa and Steve were amazing host and we enjoyed great conversation with them both.”

The only thing I was hoping for was an actual full-size oven in the kitchen, but I worked around its absence. The place was sparkling clean and we are picky about cleanliness. “It was very comfortable and close to many things we wanted to see. A very nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors walking around. Property had a lot in terms of exceeding personal needs. Owners seemed to anticipate our needs. Clean, owners were easy to reach and were responsive to a minor need. ”

“The basement was great for what we needed. A landing place after a fun day of adventures! The view of Pikes Peak from the living room and kitchen was stellar!! There were so many extra blankets provided and they were warm! We needed to use them because per the listing there is no central heating (and maybe even no AC for cooling as we are not sure since it was cooler and didn’t need AC we don’t know) and the space heater worked, but we needed more (from Texas ;)). “My husband and I absolutely loved this place! We have stayed in many places in various states and this was one of our fav little places. Wonderfully finished out inside. Well equipped kitchen. Nice private patio. The host was so helpful and quick to respond. We would 100% book again next time we stop in Denver.”

“The accommodations were very nice and everything we needed was provided (towels, pillows, blankets, cutlery, etc.). No private entrance, but locking mechanisms for the basement door for maximum security. Perfect for a place to sleep and relax after being around the city. ”
