“Staff were great!!! Room was clean. My problem was they need to be clear on some things. Breakfast included and shuttle service. When I book the room they said shuttle provided but didn't say it was 25 dollars per person!!!!”

“It was a very nice place to stay, but what made it even more special was the man at the front desk! He went out of his way to help me. The breakfast was delicious, beds were comfortable. I will be going back! Highly recommended. ”

“The absolute worst. If I could give negative stars I would. We showed up and the place looked like it was about to be condemned. Then, we checked the room out and it was so damp and musty we refused it. Kindly, we were offered another room which was just as bad. We refused it as my wife has terrible allergies to mold and the like. We explained this to the property manager and he refused any sort of refund. So here we are 16 hours from home and no where to stay and we wanted to be within……

“All the facilities are extremely outdated and need significant updating. The online pictures were not representative of the quality of the rooms and in my opinion misleading. I experienced rotes wood on door and windows, stained tub, blocked and rusted out walkways, poorly maintained parking lots and overall outdated conditions. I would not recommend a stay at this facility.”

“While there was a pool it needed to be clean and the path to get there is old and needs updates. The staff was nice and friendly. The Internet was horrible.”

“Our cabin was newly renovated very up to date and modern we were highly impressed. Water view. It was peaceful. Loved the bar restaurant seating area next to the pool. And the view from there as well was wonderful. The price point was great and the resort overall was older and quiet, which we loved. Had also considered margaritaville and we visited there to eat. It was loud and busy. We’re glad we chose Alhonna. Would definitely stay again. Only problem we had was getting the internet to……

“Absolutely would not recommend this property. The pictures online show an outdoor and indoor pool area. The outdoor pool was not functional and large empty pool when you pull in. The security was my biggest concern. After checking in, I was told to enter through the back of building as that was closest to my assigned room. Upon entering, the back door had a key card scan pad which was not functional. We were able to walk right in (just as anyone off the street). Right inside the door, there……

“Bed was a bit stiff ' bathroom door to in the room was to close to the toliet cant sit down without hitting your knee on the door when closing the door. Back of the hotel near sitting bench shows signs of neglect with missing a trash can.”

“The room and grounds were clean. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like it was going to fall apart any time you moved. The coffee area in the room was not impressive having an open container of coffee vs prepackaged is unsanitary. No soap or shampoo in. Room. Overall if your looking for a place to sleep and your passing by this place would be for you The bar and grill next door had good food”
