Second stay. The week was perfect! Just the quiet and relaxing time we needed. We were inbetween homes moving from NJ to NY and "homeless". Do venture out and explore the towns along the Delaware. Such lovely drives.

Pure Relaxation!

I have nothing but positive things to say about the Eldred Homestead. From the moment we walked in, it was clean, spacious, well appointed and best of all, extremely private. My partner and myself took our dog on a 4-night getaway to relax, cook and enjoy nature. The outdoor dining area was incredible for happy hour and snacks. The pond is a perfect backdrop. Plenty of space for dogs to run around (watch for ticks, can’t avoid it in the summer months). We will certainly be back! Nothing but quick and helpful responses from the kind hosts during the stay.
