The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations:
The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage.
The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged.
The bathrobes in the wardrobe...

「Lovely bedroom with enough space for our suitcases and lots of hot drinks available to warm up us .
There was only one sharing bathroom with one toilets only inside which was an issue because there are about seven bedrooms. I wish that there was another toilets for emergency needs:).
The owner may consider to add it or allow to use his own toilets.」

「Simply put, this hotel is excellent. Clean, cozy, fresh, friendly, LOVE the blackout curtains- could've slept for days, loads of sockets, great location for the market and transport. I've paid three times the price to stay at other hotels in London, and none of them felt as welcoming, or personal or well maintained. Thanks for a lovely couple of days!」

「noisy rooms... can still vividly hear people's laughter at middle of night.
the drainage of water in bath tub is bad... big fly in the room... ineffective and nonfunctioning air conditioner in room... very cold room.. finally I asked for a change of another room.
