noisy rooms... can still vividly hear people's laughter at middle of night.
the drainage of water in bath tub is bad... big fly in the room... ineffective and nonfunctioning air conditioner in room... very cold room.. finally I asked for a change of another room.

Nice hotel. Only 2 lifts working out of four and they broke down on a daily basis.
Breakfast and free tapas very good.
Entire hotel very warm. Had to leave windows open which didn’t help with traffic noise on an evening and high winds.
Apart from that enjoyable 4 night stay

The room we were assigned was freezing cold. The heating was broken in the room and the lady at reception could not have cared less. She said she would call her supervisor to get a new room assigned. We heard nothing so called back 15 min later and she said she couldn’t get through to the supervisor and therefore didn’t do anything. We eventually got a new room by explaining the situation to someone else and they were willing to help. Who assigns a room with zero heating when it is -1C outside and then doesn’t care at all? So strange.

The Level….. wow, what a brilliant concept. Arrived to just drop bag at 10.30 to find our room was available. Glass of welcome fizz started a fab flying visit to London.
