“This space was perfect for our short stay in the city; plenty of parking space for our vehicles in a nice neighborhood, a quaint living room for socializing before and after our event and comfortable beds overnight. Although we didn’t take advantage, the downstairs bar would have been a cool space for a night cap. The host was very amenable, responsive and supportive. ”

“This was a very cute bungalow. It's old but well maintained. There was a roach in the bathroom, not the big cockroach but a small roach. I didn't see any signs of uncleanliness anywhere in the home, so we chalked it up to coming from outside. This isn't the best neighbor but we enjoyed ourselves. I'm prior military myself and many military installations aren't in the most desirable areas. It was convenient to the base, which was my primary reason for being here. “Excellent location for a retreat or family gathering. 12/10! We loved the open space and many thoughtful details, such as the large whiteboard and fresh dry erase markers. The wifi and tech worked well. The A/C was amazingly cool, and we were there during a major heat wave. The outdoor area is absolutely beautiful, both day and night. The view of the river was lovely, and there were hardly any bugs, even outside at night with the pretty lights on. Beds were comfy. Communications with the host……
