"Overall, I found this an excellent hotel to stay in. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was very spacious and clean. I was a little disappointed however that I asked the receptionist for a room with a bath which he kindly arranged for me, but the bath did not have a plug making it impossible to enjoy a hot goth in the evening! I did enquire about this. And was told that none of the baths in any of the rooms have plugs! I was a little surprised by this, however it didn't ruin my stay. The breakfast was also excellent and had many well labelled options to choose from.
Overall, I found the hotel excellent, and I will visit it again in the future."
