"Parking"

"Room was clean but lacked ambiance to match their gorgeous lobby and history as a high end Portland Hotel. Bathroom was very small. Small shower. Limited amenities like magnified make up mirror, large shower or tub. I could never get on the internet because the signal was so weak. The London Grill was nice. All in all conveniently located and above average staff & cleanliness. "

"In-room HVAC unit was very noisy. No in-room coffee or hot water dispenser. Otherwise, a nice room at a fair price. Can't comment on f&b as we did not try either of the hotels two options."

"They were out of half of the breakfast menu, no to go containers and very short staffed. The majority of the staff we encountered were not concerned about taking care of their guests or making sure we had what we needed. Would not stay here again."

"My wife and I stay here several times a year. It’s one of our very favorite places to stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel has a great history and vibe to go with it. The downstairs restaurant is soooo good. The staff is great! "

"I was overcharged compared to my booking price and it was not resolved in the 4 days I stayed. There was no mini fridge available in the room, and the advertised towel warmer in the bathroom did not work. A completely separate guest was accidentally given access to my room and fully walked in while I was there and I was not compensated for this at all. Incredibly disappointed."

"Very conveniently located, and very clean with a friendly, responsive staff. Bed and room was very comfortable. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. Only concern was some of the furniture was fairly scuffed in the room, but an overall good stay!"
