“This was a great little brownstone apartment. The apartment itself was a perfect size for 1 or 2 people. The bathroom was small, but what else can you expect in NYC! Very close to 2 subway stations which was very convenient. Area of Harlem was nice/relatively safe - travelling alone I didn’t feel uncomfortable! “Great location and spacious property perfect for a large group of friends exploring NYC. Due to its central location, the front bedrooms are extremely noisey at all hours of the day. The property is suitable and functional for a short stay, but is a little run down including broken tiles in the upstairs bathroom, rickety occasional chairs, unkept outdoor area and unstable railing on the stairs. “We took our 13 year old son to NYC for his birthday. This condo was the perfect place for us to stay! It is a short walk to the train and great place to eat, but out of the way enough that you're not right in the middle of the hustle - but just a block away! Everything was clean and nice. They even had a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher! The hosts even checked in before, during, and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was just right!”

“We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events.”
