“Breakfast was poor Air conditioning was loud Hotel was tired Bit of a smell”

“Hate to write this review as this is probably the first negative review I’ve written about a hotel. The property itself was fine, waterpark was nice for the kids but we had other issues. The lock on our door was broken…absolutely a safety issue. The front staff came to my room and tried telling me it wasnt broken…clearly a lie. They would not fix it immediately and refused to move us to a new room. Absolutely a safety concern and this was not taken seriously. Second concern is over the……

“Room was clean, bathroom door didn’t close fully and noise was a bit of an issue near the front desk/laundry area but otherwise it was a good, clean stay. Pet and mountain bike friendly!”

“This was a fantastic place to stay! The free laundry for guests was perfect for us and the machines didn't smell which was great. Everything was really clean and the staff was very helpful. Also a very delicious cafe next door (white birch). Would stay here again!”

“Rooms were very spacious and clean, full kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Resort was very nice and well layed out. The hot tubs were easily accessible, the restaurant was very good and the portions were perfectly sized and priced. The spa services were very good and ha I g those on site made it very convenient. The location of this resort made it very easy to travel to Fernie and around Southern BC quickly.”
