Enjoy the waterfront views at River Oasis, located in a quiet community along the South Fork of the Shenandoah River in the Shenandoah Valley. This new home features an open living area filled with natural light. The large rec room has foosball and air hockey tables and a Smart TVs throughout the home. Savor the river views from the inside the homes as well as the hot tub on the patio! The firepit offers the perfect spot for roasting marshmallows. A concrete boat landing provides easy river access for your personal watercraft use. Pet Friendly pet fees are $100 per pet per booking 2 pet limit unless pre approved. This amazing home is only 15 Minutes to Massanutten Resort that offers Skiing, indoor Water Park, 2 golf courses and much more, only 20 Mins to Harrisonburg or 15 Mins to skyline drive for a day of hiking trails or an amazing scenic drive were there is lots of over looks and plenty of wildlife to take in!!

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend!

We had an amazing experience at this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was right there. The highlight was definitely the peaceful river right in the backyard—it made for such a relaxing atmosphere. Whether we were enjoying coffee in the morning or unwinding in the evening, the sound of the water was soothing.

Peace on the river

This property was amazing! It was very clean with plenty of space for our extended family to come together and celebrate my daughter's graduation from JMU. It was an easy 30 min drive back into Harrisonburg and the location provided us a bit of peace and tranquility after the hustle and bustle of graduation traffic. We enjoyed the fishing and the air hockey table. The hot tub was also great! I highly recommend this property.

The house was great and meet all our needs. Gary was very responsive to our queries and needs. Including shipping back a child’s blanket that was forgotten. Highly recommend!

Great time at River Oasis

3 couples and lots of fun! We fished, did a kayak trip and fished some more. The place was super clean and conducive for fun and privacy when you needed moments to yourself away from fun! We would definitely go back. We never left the house to go into town (which says a lot about comfort), but will next visit. The beds were really comfy and we wished we had an extra day even after 3!

Great River House perfect float stop spot

We come here annually it is a perfect placement for a 6-8 hr fishing float. The house is always immaculate and Gary is super responsive. We will be coming back til we can’t do it anymore if he will have us!

Great getaway!

This was a perfect house for our family getaway. Everyone had their own room with king size beds. The house was spacious and clean with lots of amenities. The only complaint - not really complaint, but just be prepared. If you are going to prepare meals at the house, there was no way to store any leftovers. No foil, baggies or cling wrap. We had to make an unexpected trip to the store. Overall, it was a 10/10!
