“We loved being so close to sand right outside the door. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths plenty of room. Full stocked kitchen. Close to all attractions and restaurants. The only negative I would say was the stairs down to beach were steep. Loved it overall will be back ”

“Booked this house after disembarking from a cruise, on our way to Atlanta. The house was super clean and updated. We loved the pool. We enjoyed the covered porch as well. Owners were very easy to work with. We absolutely love St Augustine. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This is a nice spot for families with kids. The heated pool was a great plus for when the ocean is too rough. Short walk to the private boardwalk to the beach. The enclosed outdoor shower was nice for washing off after the beach or pool. The full size charcoal grill was an added plus. The kitchen is decently stocked with dishes, etc. There were plenty of towels, both bath and beach. The free tickets were an added bonus, though didnt end up using any this time around. We would definitely stay……

“This was our third year at this property and it couldn’t be more perfect for our group of 20. Having king beds and en-suite baths in EVERY bedroom is luxurious, and nobody feels like they are getting the worst room - there simply isn’t one. The outdoor areas, ping pong, and the game room provide so many choices of activities that there is no way to get bored, even if a thunderstorm rolls in. Our biggest concern every day was how much time to spend at the beach vs the pool, the walk is so……

“Our trip to St. Augustine was awesome! We needed a place to stay that would accommodate 5 adults and 3 children. This house was perfect for us. Check in was easy and communication was friendly and very responsive. We especially enjoyed the location! It was close to everything- the beach, all attractions, shopping, etc., yet very private and a quiet neighborhood. The pool was lovely and we used it everyday. The pool cage and exterior pool area is in need of some maintenance but overall- loved the……
