“Very nice property in a great location. The house has a good floor plan, and is close to many great restaurants. The backyard is relaxing with the hot tub and the view.”

“We absolutely loved our stay. The home is beautiful and was perfectly clean. It matched the listing and even exceeded it in someways. If you want an adorable house with tons of space and all the great amenities, this is the place for you. The setting is beautiful tucked away in the woods away from the downtown (well downtown for Door County lol) areas, but only minutes away from Sister Bay, Baileys Harbor and Ephraim so it’s the best of both worlds. Little things like having firewood and……

“Outstanding experience! Lovely cottage, thoughtfully set up with everything we needed... Clean, comfortable, spacious, and stunning views of the bay! Our family of 6 kayaked, fished, played board games (fun selection for many ages), swam, explored nearby Sister Bay, and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. My boys especially loved the e-bikes available by request. Highly recommend Paddler on the Bay. We will def rent again!”

“Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast. Balcony needs to be cleaned up a bit from spider webs. Beautiful views from our room. The outdoor wooded walkways need to be painted. We would stay again.”

“Nice place very friendly owner and good breakfast. Older building but well maintained. Lovely pool and hot tub Convenient location to everything Door county has to offer. Went down for dinner at Donny Glidden restaurant in Sturgeon Bay. Excellent food and very reasonable prices.”

“We really enjoyed our getaway weekend at the Wilder Inn. When we do a return visit, I will make sure to request a first floor room as the stairs were a bit much for us “seniors” with luggage. We love Door County and the Wilder Inn is in a nice centrally located spot.”

“Beautiful property, perfect location”

“The room was clean and in good condition. The lobby coffee bar was a great touch as well. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Our first time in Door County and this motel did not disappoint! We met the owner at check in and she was so friendly and answered all our questions. Our room overlooked the pool, firepit, and a beautiful wooded area. We did sit by the firepit at night and it was awesome. In the morning there is a lobby area where they served toast and such along with cereals and fruits. Plenty of hot coffee and tea. The room was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and comfy beds and pillows. It was a……

“Room was perfect for our group of 6! The loft room was so comfortable. We also loved the hot tub and the late night out door fire. Also noting staff went above and beyond the entire time. Also where do you get to stay that has an actual key! It was great”

“Nice kitchen, fire place.”
