「Room was clean and stocked with standard items. Staff was friendly.」

「I prefer more fruits to choose. The sausage is too salty」

「不错」

「床太软，不舒服」

「Nice hotel!」

「clean rooms, fast checkin」

「The ClubHouse Hotel was a great home base for our trip to Rapid City. Everything feels new and well cared for, and our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also liked having free breakfast, free parking, and an indoor pool right at the hotel. It was easy to get around town and head out to see the area. If you are visiting the Black Hills, we would definitely recommend staying here.」

「Booked 2 Queen bed, accessible room. Received confirmation, but was told only a King bed, accessible was available. Had no choice but to accept room which meant has to share bed with mother who had just been discharged from physical rehab hospital. Was not offered discount for inconvenience. Employees were very nice, though. Room needed vacuuming and there was a white sticky substance (candy?) That hadn't been cleaned off small standing table, chair and footrest. Good breakfast buffet.」

「It was a great stay. We weren’t able to check in right away, the front desk staff gave us a discount and vouchers for the restaurant. Very kind and considerate. We will be back.」

「Very clean, helpful workers. I recommend it..」

「My husband and I love staying at historic hotels and the Alex Johnson Hotel in Rapid City is a favorite. The building is wonderful and the staff was excellent. Clean, charming and welcoming. Great shops and restaurants in the building and more in easy walking distance.」
