The Space:
With over 3400 square feet, this beautiful rural home offers a wide range of amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Gorgeous ocean views abound from any of the 3 decks, as well as the dining room, living room, and master bedroom.
The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal prep and clean-up. Coffee lovers will enjoy 3 different options for making coffee including a drip coffee maker, a French press, and a single-serve Keurig. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, and creamers are provided. A water filtration system in the kitchen eliminates the need for guests to buy bottled water! Seating for six is available with both indoor and outdoor dining options. Fast Wi-Fi exists throughout the house, and a charging station is provided.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms situated on two levels. The main level has the master suite with a king bed and attached bathroom, and a second bedroom with a full bed and a separate bathroom. The lower level has a bedroom with a queen bed and a separate bathroom.
There is a living room area with a smart TV on each level, providing guests and family members ample space to spread out and unwind. A game table complete with cards and board games adds fun for all ages!
Spend your days lounging on one of the decks or playing lawn games in the expansive yard. Enjoy your evenings outside watching the boats while dining on the deck or having relaxing conversation around the smokeless fire pit.
