"Hot tub was really cold the second day it was a little better. Our room was in very poor shape paint and pieces of wall falling off. Shower curtain rod falling off the wall. TP roll area broken. Holes in the walls. Hallways were dirty and sections of trim were off and sitting on the floor. Food had been left in our fridge from another guest. Our room was not vacuumed before us either. Super disappointing experience. Would not recommend. The bathroom was so unsafe."

"Geoyce at the front desk was rude, the Manager then followed up in a very professional manner. The cook was also rude at the restaurant he continued to ignore myself and another guest when we tried to get his attention."

"Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and the bed was comfortable. I wouldn't give much of it five stars because, like many hotels, it's a bit dated, and some parts a bit worn. But, it should be acknowledged before you give 1 star reviews, that I paid $80 bucks a night in a suburb outside of Chicago. For the money, it was a great value. If you are looking for a perfect experience, you should be prepared to pay a lot more. Just my two cents."

"The young lady who helped me with the check at 730p( Jasmine?) was outstanding. So pleasant. Helped me when I was exhausted from a long day of travel. Can’t say enough about her. I’d stay there again. "

"Room was clean and the staff was very accommodating. Airport shuttle was a little confusing at first. All in all i would stay there again."

"The “all you can eat breakfast “was very disappointing unless you like oatmeal and hard boiled eggs. The coffee bar along with everything else was the bare minimum. They didn’t even have fake scrambled eggs just hard boiled eggs. My room had no microwave or refrigerator. As far as cleanliness goes again, they must’ve dated the bare minimum to consider it to be cleaned from the last people. I probably left the room cleaner than when I got there. The second day I called the front desk to have housekeeping do turn out Service (what housekeeping does for new guests before they get their room key) and I asked them to just vacuum the floors and change out/replace the towels, Kleenex,Tp, etc.. while I was away at work and when I got back at 3am nothing was done. They never even came in my room, but they were there right at 11am when it came to check out time to get me out of there. I would not recommend this hotel unless they come down on their price or get their act together."
