“All good except the front door step unsafe, the wind took one of the fence panels and the wheelie bins so couldn’t do rubbish and a man turned up to fix the taps but we refused entry as we had no notification or expectation of visit.”

“This is one of four well-equipped little lofts a few steps from Mill Road in Cambridge, England. It was clean and neat. Loft 4 might be better for people younger than we are, as the bed is a very low platform due to the roofline. There were nice skylights that opened and allowed a breeze to keep the loft cool. We were there in July.”

It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. “A comfortable small lodge / glamping pod set in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. Had everything we needed to help make our 2 nights an easy and enjoyable experience. Criticisms were minor: a little detritus (possibly dog hair?) on the floor on arrival; a broken toilet roll holder; a bed sheet that was too small for the mattress. But overall, highly recommended for a chilled summertime couple of nights away. Top tip: the folks at the cafe opposite are very friendly and serve a great……
