There is luxury in every corner of this house, from the large beautiful bedrooms to the stylish living room to the cozy and moody finished basement game room. As if the interior of this home isn't enough, the large in ground pool and brand new hot tub is sure to be the reason that this place is perfect for your next family vacation. There is a pickleball court, a large fire place area, picnic tables, a grill and Blackstone and plenty of other outdoor entertainment!

The beautiful open concept kitchen with a large island to gather around is furnished with brand new appliances, a beverage fridge built into the island, a Breville espresso machine and a nugget ice maker for all of the iced lattes by the pool! The living room feels cozy but bright and airy with its high ceilings and countless windows. The dining room seats 10 comfortably with additional seating at the kitchen island, in the basement and out on the patio by the pool. On the main floor is the stunning master suite with a King size bed and its own private bathroom that has a large walk in shower, a double vanity and a beautiful floating tub.

On the second floor you will find the first bedroom with two queen size beds, the second bedroom with one queen size bed, the hallway full bathroom, the bunk room with two twin size bunk beds and the mini master with a King size bed, pullout sofa and its own en suite bathroom. Each of the bedrooms is tastefully furnished and stocked with bedding, ear plugs, sound machines, luggage racks, and dressers to ensure a comfortable stay.

You'll find that the fully finished basement has been transformed into a moody game room with a dining table, a game table and leather swivel chairs, a pool table and a TV. There is also a second fridge and bar in the basement making it easy to distribute the game night snacks. Plenty of board games and children's toys can be found in the built in shelves. In a separate room in the basement you will find a cozy movie room with a large Roku TV and a giant sectional and lounge chairs for everyone to gather for your favorite film. We also have a small popcorn maker to aid in giving you the theater experience!

Outside you will find that this private oasis is the perfect place to gather with friends and family for a memorable time away. The in ground pool is surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas for those who want to spend their days relaxing by the pool. In addition to the pool, there is a beautiful brand new hot tub. Outside of the pool fence, you'll find a pavilion with a gas grill, a Blackstone and two picnic tables. A built in fire pit area is furnished with Adirondack chairs and a Breeo fire pit and grill for those who want to try their hand at over the fire cooking.

For anyone who wants to tap into their competitive side, there is a pickleball court, a basketball net and more outdoor games stored in the garage. Also in the garage you can find a ping pong table which can be used in the garage, or rolled out onto the driveway!
