「Clean rooms, great pool area, good variety of breakfast, will definitely be back! Great location, next to shops, food and 5 minute drive to beach.」

「Our stay at wavecrest was disappointing from the moment we walked in. We arrived 2 1/2 hours after check-in and still had to wait in the lobby for a hour while our room was still getting cleaned. Our room was so cold you had to sit under a blanket or turn the air off. Only one elevator worked for days then the second elevator broke down on our last evening and we had to take the steps to the top floor and down. Our main light was out in our room. And not to mention the pool closes at 8:00 pm...

「Best staff ever! So kind and accommodating! The room was clean and comfortable and the access to the beach can’t be beat! I love that it wasn’t overcrowded and that the beach was so clean. The pizza by the pool was a great way to end a day on the beach. It was so delicious and convenient. My family and I will be returning in the future!」

「My hotel stay was good. It just had a little urine smell throughout the hallway in slightly in the bathroom inside of the room. I think it’s because they allow animals to stay, and carpet is in the hallway area.」

「Loved how big the rooms were. Staff was amazing. Pool was awesome. Place was so clean. However I would say that they should try to change up their breakfasts. We stayed for 5 days and had the same things every day for breakfast. We were so sick of it by the time we left. But that’s our only complaint. 10/10」

「Disappointed in my stay. Maybe I had high expectations and thought this was a regular hotel. It was not. We had to pay for early check-in, even though they had many available rooms. We asked if they could at least keep our luggage while we go grab food, they said we can leave them wherever but it won’t be supervised. No empathy from the staff. Dusty room, spots left unclean with dust, especially the corners, under the bed, behind the wooden furniture, the carpet did not help with the dust and my...
