“The staff was great, very helpful, rooms were comfortable, one thing though, I could hear the people in the room next to me, I think to much, I could hear someone snoring all night and I could hear them talking. but other than that it was a good stay.”

“I don’t often leave reviews unless I believe it is warranted. I did like that there was breakfast but that was also kind of a joke because nothing was refilled if something ran out. I didn’t like how none of the staff actually spoke to each other. They often didn’t seem like they knew what as going on. On the 3rd night they shut off the hot water to the entire building and didn’t tell anyone unless they asked. Another thing that really irritated me was It was supposedly put in the notes that I……

“Entering the hotel you’d think it were clean. The sheets and pillows had stains on them and we had to wait for someone to come check us in for about 15 minutes no sign was left telling us someone would be back just no one there. I have really bad allergies and my skin broke out instantly when I laid in the bed like the sheets weren’t clean. One of the staff members was really nice the others seemed upset that we wanted to check out early due to us not being comfortable and needing a wheelchair……

“Simone and all the staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful. We had our 2 little dogs with us and the room was perfect. Nice and big and it was very clean. Coffee in the morning was delicious as well. Nice big area to walk the dogs too. Great place to stay with animals. 😊”

“Roaches, sticky dirty floors, bed was covered in hair. Shower was moldy with the previous persons soap in it. Stained covers on the bed. Nothing like the pictures shown. ”
