「I was met by a friendly staff member, who was very helpful. The room I was given was dirty. The staff member quickly changed my room to a room in the back of this hotel that is on the ground floor. In this area the rooms are all on the ground floor. There were a few problems that are not worth mentioning, but not being able to get the water warm enough to shower was concerning.
