The neighborhood was a mix of multi-tenant and single family housing with a mix of renovated and stable properties and some run down, but overall the location was good. The house itself was as described, nicely maintained historic home with essentials.」

「The house is very nice. Great beds and well equipped bathrooms. With four bedrooms, more seating would have been nice. The living room is kind of small though. The kitchen essentials were lacking. Not enough pots, pans, bowls, plates, storage containers, cookie sheets, baking dishes etc. The downstairs couch is not safe to sit on. The legs are mostly broken off and unstable. 「Perfect home for what we needed. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking and even laundry. That was a nice bonus. I don’t think I realized it was a duplex so that kind of threw me but that could have been my fault for not reading the full description. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and we never felt uncomfortable while there. If we ever go back to Lincoln we would stay here again!」

「This was a lovely stopover for my dog and I on our way from Wisconsin to Colorado. We stayed just one night but I was so impressed not only with the cleanliness, but furnishings and bedding, etc, is so high end. Lovely neighborhood to walk my dog. Would definitely stay again.」
