"Amazing property. Extremely clean, everything felt brand new. The beach club is the best part of the stay! Very relaxing, quiet place to stay. The staff greeted us every time we left in the morning and when we would come back later in the day. I especially appreciated that the elevators had a nice security touch and you cannot click your room floor unless you scan your guest key card. Loved that! Highly recommend this property."

"Only one night stay overall excellent, except I checked in little past 4 and was given a Special needs room I did not requested,gave me issues saying was the only room left , I was not happy at all, bathroom size was huge, after a while we were downgraded to room with only 1 king and the sofa bed, I had to take even if the room rate should be cheaper. Pool was closed due to weather, bummer we were looking forward to enjoy at least that, however Oak & Stone rooftop restaurant was still open and view was beautiful . Overall room was clean, breakfast excellent and the lady that transferred us to the new room was very nice as well."

"We never got a chance to stay because we weren’t able to contact or communicate with renters and no one at property. So I can’t score anything other than this was a scam. Tried 3 numbers with no response. 1 number was out of order."

"There for work in town. Cleanest place have EVER stayed at… ever!!! No smells, you can eat off the floors it’s so clean. Owners thought of EVERYTHING. Very roomy. Would be perfect for family reunion, corporate company meeting or several couples on vacation…lots of small gathering areas.. perfect to have a party. Kitchen is fully stocked. TIP: there is an Ice maker on the fridge door AND an ice drawer in the freezer so check before you go buy bags of ice The HVAC has separate upstairs and downstairs controls. There are THREE washer/ dryers on the premises. Bathrooms are gorgeous. Great water pressure!!!!! The beds are super comfortable. No detail was left out. Fresh flowers, gorgeous fluffy top notch towels. We were there for work so we didn’t make it to the beach but plan to return for a “real” vacation. Everything is close.. groceries, drug store, UPS…etc. We sat by the pool but did not have time to swim… has comfortable lounge chairs, HUGE umbrellas, a peaceful waterfall feature… perfect place to read a book and take a nap. The community is very quaint. Saw lots of folks walking their dogs. Would love to buy this place. Lovely aesthetic. This place could be featured in Architectural Digest. "

"We had a wonderfully restful vacation. The house was just as advertised. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect….close to everything we wanted to do. Only 5-6 miles to Anna Maria Island (although getting out there on the weekend is challenging …go early) We just hung out at the house on the weekend. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. The neighborhood was wonderful & quite."
