“It was great.”

“Very friendly and helpful”

“We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets.”

“We never unpacked in our room. There were stains on the bed and mold in the shower. We stood at the front desk for 30 minutes and no one came so we left our keys and left the property. I tried to call the hotel 26 times in the next 24 hours and no one would answer. The front desk clerk hangs out in one of the rooms and watches a camera over the front desk. The swimming pool was green and had algae in it. This place looks like a rent by the hour place and needs shut down.”

“The entire motel smelled of smoke and dampness. Breakfast was bread for the toaster, two bananas, and fruit loops. Had to keep the very loud air conditioner running non stop to keep it comfortable. No maid service over two day stay. Get what you pay for”

“Staff were really nice”

“Floors were not that clean. The continental breakfast was 98% carbs, no good selections for diabetics. Do not shower after 9 on a Sunday morning unless you prefer cold showers. There was one lamp between the beds that worked. No lighting for the desk area.”

“The halls were dirty, needed vacuumed, toilet seat was lose, tile missing in the bathroom ceiling, and something on the second bed cover.”

“The room was very nice and comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing. I will be booking there more often. Everything you need is within walking distance.”

“First night in the room, shower didn't have hardly any water pressure. I was able to switch rooms. Next day some "employee" helped himself an walked right in the room, saying it was past check out time. My reservation was from Wednesday through saturday,. I go to front desk ask if everything was ok, they acted like the guy was only there to pick up items for another location. English wasn't their main language, so I walked away.”

“It had a fire and the reception area was disgusting. The staff person was cold and offered us to view the room first. We did and it was nasty. We choose to take a refund and left.”

“Room was clean but carpet is old and kind of icky feeling in bare feet, and room overall felt damp/humid. There is a setup for breakfast but nothing was ever out. Pool is not in service. Has potential to be a nice place, atrium is beautiful.”

“The room was very clean, AC worked great, TV worked great but the downfall was that the bed was so high that the mattress was even with my waist and impossible for me to get onto it without using the desk chair to stand on! Also there's no dehumidifier, obvious because in the morning my clothes were cold from the AC but damp from the air.”

“When we arrived the clerk seemed confused and hostile. When we got in the room the toilet was running constantly and loudly. When we asked for a new room, even though the place was only half full, he was hesitant to give us a new room, but eventually he did. When we went to shower in the new room, which had a filthy bathroom, the towels literally stank horribly and were dirty and moldy, and when we went to get clean towels the two people working there became very angry and refused to give us……

“Terribly uncomfortable furniture. WiFi not secured. Rooms are junky. Batteries in both remote controls were dead. Water pressure in shower was bad. The shower head was broke. The floors are so dirty they make your socks brown. We had 3 nights reserved and only stayed 2 bc it was so uncomfortable. Very disappointed”
