"Everything was great"

"We stayed in a very beautiful home. The home was very roomy and tastefully decorated with gray tones throughout all rooms. However, it was not cleaned thoroughly and there were ants throughout the rooms. The ants were extremely bad in the bathroom of the master suite. A call was placed to Barbara (our contact person) about the uncleaned house and the ants. She promised to send someone out the next day to take care of the conditions.However, they never showed up. Therefore, it left us to do it.She promised numerous times during our stay to send someone, but that never occurred.Actually, she sent a text on the day we were scheduled to depart stating that someone would come and take care of the cleaning, etc.It was a very friendly neighborhood and we met several neighbors. We talked to the owner by phone letting her know how much we enjoyed being in her home, enabling us to have a nice two weeks to relax, day trips to see the area, visit museums and a day visit to Sanibel Island."

"the house is beautiful. The outdoor area is great. Loved the location.Only reason it's a 4 is because of the lack of hot water.The shower runs lukewarm at best. And after paying for the hot tub, the owners kept turning it off. deciding when i could use it."

"I was fumbling around with the Entry Code, and someone behind the Ring Camera let me know that the code should be entered at the key lock, not the lock box. It wasn’t really obvious that the entry lock had a place for the code. They told me over the Ring camera and we were in fine. The place was clean and comfortable "

"We chose this property due to its proximity to relatives. It is quite far from Naples, however there is a Publix, Dunkin, Fast Food close by. The price for our stay was a bargain, compared to other Naples properties. If you are looking for value then I would be prepared for the following: The house itself was nice and clean, however it had an odd sour smell. The water had a Sulphur smell so we were unable to drink and had to purchase cases of water for drinking and brushing our teeth. Showering was OK. This property is close to a canal, we had a few nightly visitors (cockroaches). I understand this is typical for FL but usually hosts can have a spray service. Our septic backed up on the 2nd day but Ruth was very nice and attentive and promptly fixed the issue and cleaned the bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and amentities were newer. "

"One of the only places we stayed where the property was nicer than the pictures in the listing. Clean, beautiful space, indoor and out. The host was very helpful, quickly answering any questions we had and giving us valuable recommendations in the area. Very peaceful and serene setting made for a very relaxing stay. Would definitely stay here again. "
