"This was our first experience with renting a VRBO. We walked in and right away you could see how clean it was. We all claimed our bedrooms, walked around and looked at everything that was available to us. It was stocked with everything we could have needed. This was the perfect place for our family of 4. Close to where we wanted to be and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The host was super responsive which was great. When we come back to Naples, we’ll definitely look to rent this place again."

Moninanu - Modern Wooded Cottage in North Naples

"This place is absolutely excellent, except for one thing. It’s listed as wheelchair accessible, to get in you have to go up courteous with no hand rails to help you, then traverse a long ramp which is the best part, then you must traverse some lava stone before getting to the front door. The other way is to walk up a hill on either side of the ramp, also not possible in a wheelchair. My wife had to use a walker and that was difficult. The place however, is beautiful, well outfitted and clean, just don’t say that it’s something it’s not. "

"i extended my stay another month because Florida is beautiful and hot and this house is ideal for my situation. ruth has been an outstanding host, so much as i repainted the garage floor because it needed attention. so when you book this home, tell me how it came out in the comments. also, at night got to watch out for the frogs they always want to enter the garage, they are harmless they just needed to be booted out. if you're not from Florida then you need to get used to the bugs and all the creatures in their habitat. which i only encountered two frogs so far. this will be the house i always rent until my home is finished being built. i extended 2 more weeks so look for my last review in two weeks. "

"Beautiful home! We were in town for a weekend to attend a wedding. Home is very functional with a split bedroom layout. Kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. There were board games available as well as sound machines in each of the bedrooms - perfect for kiddos! Lot is very private, fully fenced in with electric gate. Will definitely re-book next time we’re in Naples! "

"the house is beautiful. The outdoor area is great. Loved the location.Only reason it's a 4 is because of the lack of hot water.The shower runs lukewarm at best. And after paying for the hot tub, the owners kept turning it off. deciding when i could use it."

"Beautiful house and large lighted yard. We arrived late at night, all the lighting around was helpful and highlighted the beautiful property. Clean house with great hospitality, 2 water bottles, snacks, extra toiletries, coffee, and spice rack if you plan to cook. Fridge has filtered water and there is a separate wine fridge. Bedrooms and bathrooms were as pictured, beds are firm. Had some minor hiccups come up, garage door wouldn’t close, master bathroom vent didn’t work, etc.; Mario was attentive and worked to get issues fixed asap. Had a great visit and will definitely stay here again."
