「Clean with comfortable bed. The breakfast was not good.」

「The hotel is conveniently located right off I95. It’s a reasonably priced hotel to sleep for the night. Front desk staff is friendly. Rooms are clean」

「The owners are trying to make things nice in the older motel. They were friendly. If you need something cheap, this is good enough. 」

「Check-in was super easy. The desk worker was very friendly. I asked for the ground floor. She also brought us extra pillows. It is no frills, but was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet area. We easily found restaurants and shopping. Easy access to 95. Plenty of parking. No breakfast, but fresh coffee. We would stay there again. 」

「For my second stay within a year; it’s the theme of my trip; I’m grateful…and appreciative. However, on the site upon booking; I’m not sure if I remember reading that:@ the Hotel there is a prerequisite, where the hotel/management patrons are required to leave their credit cards credentials will be on hold for 10 business days after determining the validity/ non smoking etc and no damages to the premises..」

「Value for money. Staff was very polite, rooms were clean and equipped with all the basic facilities. Other than that they have security who was on round and many dining option near by. Must stay here if you have come for work or with family.」

「The building on the outside was okay, but the room was filthy. The carpet was soiled and matted, the room smelled really bad.」

「Older motel but clean, safe, and secure. Friendly staff, and all needs met. Inexpensive to boot!」

「I like the room setup, check-in was good and easy parking. I did not like that the room was half clean, need a little more TLC」

「It was ok i cant Complain. The obly bad thing was the people beside us was playing music until 3am. The sheets were Stain same with the Bath towels. But like i say it was some what ok. I can say the Owner. Came and help me when i could not get my car to unlock. He try his best of helping me. And do thank him for that 」

「The attendant at the front was rude from the minute I came in to the second I left. Then I get to the room and no tv ( it wouldn’t even power on) let’s just say I would never stay here again. 」

「15 ladies enjoyed a wonderful long girls weekend at Floatin and Boatin. The kitchen is well stocked, there was plenty of space indoors and outdoors for relaxing and lots of laughter. Just minutes to Rosemont Winery and Shady Shack. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.」

「We had an enjoyable stay on the houseboat. The bed was comfortable, and the accommodations had everything we needed. We even made spaghetti the first night for dinner since we arrived later than planned. The area is private, we only saw a few people and those we did see gave a friendly hello if they didn't stop to chat with us. For anyone wondering about the movement of the boat, it is very stable. The boat is docked in a channel off the main river so not a lot of boat traffic and the currents...
