"Pros: Der Bungalow war etwas schlicht, jedoch funktional eingerichtet. Es war im Großen und Ganzen alles da um einen Kurzurlaub mit Kindern unkompliziert zu gestalten. Das Haus war super sauber. Wir hatten auch zu viert großzügig Platz. Das Außengelände war sehr gepflegt und mit vielen Spielgeräten hergerichtet. Die Nachbarschaft mit den Alpakas war für die Kinder natürlich klasse. "Pros: Wir haben eine Woche im Sommer in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und bietet viel Komfort. Alle Möbel waren neu. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Küche ist Top ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Der Rennsteig bietet viele schöne Wanderungen. Bach Erfurt, Weimar und Eisenach sind es ca. 30 min. In Trusetal kann man alles an Lebensmitteln fussläufig einkaufen. Besonders gut ist der Bäcker, nur 50 m vom Haus entfernt."

"The hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and bilingual. Room was very large and had a massive window over looking the city. No AC in the hotel but the large windows open and the cool night air was enough to cool off the bedroom at night. Would definitely stay again. The town was magnificent."

"Hotel Herzog Georg is a real gem hidden in rural Germany. The size of room is larger than a standard European room and we were very happy to have 2 large size doubles for my wife and 15 yr old son. Breakfast was massive European style and quality was superb. Lots of walking opportunities around town with site seeing and hiking just a short drive away. A couple notes, not much English spoken here, or in town at all. People were extremely gracious and we didnt have any issues, but just be aware. Also there are limited hours for the reception and if you think you will even be close to showing up after 7pm local time, reach out and coordinate how to get room access. We did not do this (our fault) and struggled to get ahold of the reception after hours with our US phones. Overall I would def stay here again if I was coming to the area."
