“It's a lovely clean and bright studio in the heart of Bayreuth, a 15 minute walk from the train station and less than a minute from the colourful and lively Maximilianstraße. If you're prepared to self-cater (and the local supermarkets are excellent), then it's a bargain. What stops it from my giving 5 stars? Not much. The apartment can get very hot, although a fan is provided. A separate receptacle for recycling would be welcome, as would a dustpan and brush for daily cleaning and instructions……

“This is a wonderful little appartment in a fabulous location in Bayreuth. Check-in was painful simply because there had been a technological issue which meant that Expedia were not passing on my messages to the host; this meant that I thought the host was very rude and I was getting panicky before the check-in, and probably the host was thinking I was unresponsive.

“Very updated apartments in the beautiful town of Pottenstein. Our room had the best view of castle and parts of the town. Owner and family members were very helpful. Great breakfast. Would highly recommend.”

“Great location in quiet area. Excellent communicaton with the host. Clean and tidy apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.”
