The locals believe the beaches in Encinitas are some of the best-kept secrets in the North County Coastal region. There is a healthy beach culture thriving here that invites you to lay back and enjoy what the southern California coast has to offer. Moonlight Beach is one of the most popular and is 0.7 miles away. D Street Beach is where the surfers are amongst the beautiful bluffs (lots of stairs down, beautiful views from the top) and is located 0.5 miles away. Swami`s beach is mentioned in the Beach Boys` wave anthem, `Surfing USA` and is located 0.5 miles away and is thought of as a premier destination for those who take riding the waves seriously. All 3 of these beach access points are within walking distance.

The entire Encinitas beach area has the restaurants, shops, yoga studios, and new-age meditation gardens you would expect of an environment dedicated to peaceful, easy feelings. The Main Street is 2 short blocks from the home.

Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
