「Pool had no towels one of the days at 10 am. Told the staff we needed towels. Said they would have housekeeping drop some off. Never happened, at least not in the next half hour...Same with the room. Called front desk to get more towels. Were told they would bring some up for our second day. Never happened. Stopped at front desk and was told that they need 24-hour notice...There was a sock on the ledge of the pool for the duration of our three-day stay, so what does that tell you in regards to...
