“The hotel had a few positives — check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and I appreciated that management refunded me when I checked out a day early. The location is also convenient, with easy access to I-64 and several restaurants nearby. However, the downsides outweighed the positives. The breakfast options were very limited, and my room did not feel clean upon arrival. The biggest concern was finding a cockroach in the shower, which was unsettling. I ultimately only stayed here because……

“Room was clean and bed comfortable. The place looked fresh, appeared recently redone. Heads up: a damage deposit of $50 in cash is required, credit card not accepted for damage deposit. So, if you don’t have $50 in cash, you will not be able to rent a room. And, when you check out, you have to wait while the manager goes to the room and makes sure there is no damage. ”
