“The pool was overcrowded and smelled awful, however they can't really control how many people are in there if its not over max capacity. Aside from that the property was nice, they charge the incorrect card upon checkout and haven't responded so that is my main complaint.”

“My husband and I loved our stay at The Chattanoogan and would return. It is within easy walking distance of great restaurants (try The Feed Company!) and a short drive from other restaurants and attractions. My only complaint is that the housekeeping staff did a poor job of cleaning. When we retired to a "clean" room there were hairs in the sink, the toilet paper roll had not been refreshed, and, while this is really nitpicky, the cord to the hairdryer was sticking out of the drawer. It just……

“Clean room, spacious room since we did the suite. I just wished we had more storage space for clothes but we used the bar where the microwave was for our clothes and made it work for us . Friendly staff. Would stay there again! Easy walk to Aquarium and children’s museum.”

“It is right in the middle of downtown. There are plenty of things to do! The room stayed cool when we used ac and it stayed warm at night when we used the heat. The staff there are absolutely amazing! Especially Jordan! ”
