"There were shops near by by we didn't visit any"

"I called ahead to schedule early check-in and when we arrived, our room wasn't ready and we had to wait an hour for a clean room. The valet was overpriced ($30 + tip/day) and there was consistently nobody at the valet stand. The pool was closed long-term for renovations while we were there and the fitness center door was locked when I tried to work out at 8pm, so amenities were non-existent. We also tried to schedule late checkout for noon, but were woken with the doorbell before 10:30am by housekeeping. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay for such a seemingly prestigious hotel. I will not be returning or recommending a stay to anyone I know traveling to Chattanooga."

"Location is close to the downtown area. Located on a main thoroughfare MLK Blvd it was nestled in a residential area. The property host, Lisa, was professional and prompt in addressing any of our concerns. The sitting area (deck) was accessible and quiet during the day, perfect for relaxing and reading.Kitchen well equipped. Living area spacious.Overall beautiful property!"

"Came to town for a conference at Erlanger, and this property was perfectly located to access not only the meetings I had to go to, but also very close to food, the aquarium, and the Riverwalk. The off-street parking and private backyard are fabulous, and it is stocked with literally anything you could want or need."
