「We stayed here for one week, from Friday to Friday. Upon arrival, we were informed that the elevator was out of service and were assigned a room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the elevator was never repaired during our entire stay. It appeared to be an ongoing issue that was not disclosed before our arrival. Housekeeping was also very limited. During the week, the room was cleaned only once and towels were replaced once. The bed sheets were never changed. The air conditioning did not work...

「The double sofa sleeper was a fold down futon and not big enough for two adults. I wouldn’t advise 4 people staying in the basement unit unless it’s children. There were ants crawling around right from the start, in the entrance and in the apartment. The air conditioner had no control panel and it was hot and no air flow in the basement. 「The position was excellent, a couple of streets from Harrods’ and close to 2 tube stations as well as the V & A, Natural History Museum and Royal Albert Hall. Very spacious with huge comfortable beds, balconies off the bedrooms with table and chairs and air con in the bedrooms. Absolutely great in all respects.
