“這是第3次選擇此飯店,所有的工作人員非常親切,從check-in開始就讓人感受到非常友善,熱心. 但可能因為是summer vacation,有非常多的家庭入住,用餐時間餐廳非常擁擠,而且常有人在走廊上嬉鬧,很晚了還是吵雜. 前檯工作人員雖然非常親切,但遇上忙碌的時候,無法給予幫助. 我在laundry room遇到麻煩,第一次打電話過去詢問,回覆我10分鐘後到.但等了許久之後再打過去,又再要求我等5分鐘.最後30分鐘過去了我還是沒有等到人過來幫忙.”

“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……

“Visit was good. We stayed three days. Pool was not open. Room was nice and clean. Bed was not the best but it worked. Breakfast was good if you went right at 630 , otherwise most of the food was empty and never refilled. There was no coffee available at breakfast all three days. ”
