We (5 adults) stayed at the villa for 2 weeks. First, the positive:
-The location is absolutely top
-Quiet little street
-Short walk (10 minutes) to the beach,
-Large villa with several rooms and bathrooms
-Fast Internet
-Large and deep pool with mosquito grid
-Beach utensils available
-Turtle Franklin, who visits regularly
But there are also some negative things:
-The house is already getting a bit old, as you can tell from the old electric appliances (dishwasher does not clean properly) and the general condition of the house. Some sliding doors to the terrace, for example, were difficult or impossible to open.
-The pool can only be heated on request. This should cost $125 extra per week!
-The terrace furniture was severely worn out and partially damaged.
After all, Lesley had 4 chairs delivered at my request. Thanks again for that!
-Unmaintained property. The driveway is actually intended as a roundabout, but cannot be used, as one half is quite overgrown and the car would be damaged.
Despite everything, we felt comfortable all around and enjoyed the holiday! We would book the house again because of the location! However, a complete maintenance and renovation would do the house good!
