“We recently enjoyed a delightful weekend getaway at Chapelton Cottage. The cottage itself is charming and impeccably clean. It has everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a cozy fireplace, a comfortable bed, a fully-equipped kitchen and many other extras. We were fortunate with the weather and spent most of the evening time outside enjoying a BBQ and the massive firepit. The location was perfect for anyone seeking a getaway from the hustle and bustle and we would highly recommend……

“De woning is ruim en ligt rustig gelegen. Vanuit de woning loop je zo de natuur in. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De wifi ontvangst is prima om aan de behoefte van 2 pubers te voldoen. De slaapkamer en woonkamer is up-to date. De badkamer en toilet is zeer ruim en kan wel een update gebruiken. Ook de apart keuken is ruim en er is veel servies en bestek aanwezig.”

The garden and surroundings would be better described as an “overgrown wilderness.” The main website page showing the views of the garden and immediate surroundings are extremely misleading and bear no resemblance to the reality,”

“Absolutely ideal place to stay for a trip to Pitlochry and the beautiful surrounding areas. Only an easy, 3 minute drive to get to the town centre, yet removed enough from the busy little town to be able to unwind in the quiet on an evening. The lodge itself is lovely, super cosy and clean, and the hot tub was one of the nicest I've ever been in. Highly recommended!”

“The lodge was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Lovely views and more than ample space around each lodge so that the barbeques provided can be used safe in the knowledge they will not impact on the comfort of nearest neighbours. Obviously no shops in the immediate vicinity but Pitlochry, Dunkeld and Aberfeldy are all within a short driving distance affording ample shopping opportunities. A pack is provided to meet immediate needs, milk, tea, coffee etc. As with most of the Highlands there are……

“We had been looking forward to our weekly stay in Scotland for almost 3 years. Sadly, the villa did not meet our high expectations. First, the villa was in a nice location in Blairgowrie with a large yard, and a quiet neighborhood. The house has great character but it is old and rustic. There are 10 bedrooms inside the main house and 8 cottages in the courtyard. Ten of them are king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms are a nice size, but the carpet is old and the floors creak when you……

“Very nice house to stay at. The nature around it was amazing to drive through and walk in. And then coming home in this relaxing home and to chill in the hottub was just perfect. Really enjoyed it and maybe coming back another year!”

“Absolutely loved this Lodge. Beautifully decorated with extremely cosy and functional furniture. We immediately felt at home. Unfortunately the weather meant we could not enjoy the decking very much, but we did enjoy a wee glass of wine one night. Bed is very comfortable and ensuite lovely. “What an amazing cottage. Dont know where to begin. The cottage is lovely and cosy. There was an amazing welcome pack upon arrival with the most delicious scones & shortbread amongst other things. As the title suggests theres better things to see than watch TV. Within an hour of arrival we were visited by a red squirrel who along with 2 others kept us entertained for the week. The cottage is a great base to explore the local area with something for everyone - great walks, photography, fly or……
