“Excellent hotel on the lake with convenient access to the ferry on Menaggio. Room is big and very comfortable, bathroom and shower is excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a very beautiful view on the lake, we didn't try the restaurant for dinner”

But overall the staff were very accommodating and made it even more special celebration with a beautiful and tasty cake, champagne, and balloons with their birthday package. “Really nice place, great view. Massive hill to climb. No Ubers, and near impossible to get a taxi. We couldn’t get one until day 3. Unless you rent a car don’t book this place. Getting to and from town and the ferry with luggage is a nightmare without a car. Walking on your own is ok, but takes time and you need to be in shape. ”
