「This is a beautiful and modern property with a lot of attention to detail. It is in a lovely and quiet residential area and has fantastic views. The property is exceptionally clean. Communication with the owners was excellent and messages were responded to promptly. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.」

「Had a good stay at Neostelia. Staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and nice. Practical parking in the backyard, though for an additional fee. The beds were also very comfortable! Some might consider the bathroom a little small, but we had no complaints. Walking distance to the old town was also a big plus!
Would definitely come back again!」

「It certainly has one of the best views in Annecy. I enjoyed sitting in front of the window with my cup of tea. The check in process was a bit bumpy. Vrbo correspondence had me thinking I would get an email with the check in information. But they sent me the check in information on Whatsapp. I did not expect that and so didn't see it. So, watch your Whatsapp for updates on your booking. That said, once I connected with the host on Whatsapp they were very responsive.」
