“Just as described, the beautiful restoration was secluded and quiet and close to Concord and Contoocook. We stocked up on local farm goods at the nearby Dimond Hill Farm. The house was well stocked in linens and the kitchen, and activity shed. We even had a cute baby porcupine grazing nearby as we had some morning coffee by the fire pit.”

“Lisa is a spectacular host and her property was gorgeous! My boyfriend, pup and I had a quiet, relaxing getaway from our busy lives. We walked the neighborhood and enjoyed the views of the pond. I wish we had stayed longer, but we would definitely come back! Thank you again!! 😊”

“A friend and I booked this house fairly last minute for a Memorial Day trip with our kids - we’re so glad we did! The house is super clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything from beach towels to cleaning supplies to kitchen spices, making everything so easy. We were so “busy” hanging on the deck, playing ping pong and enjoying the lake we didn’t have time to use the kayaks but it was so great that they were available. Our four kids (ages 9-14) had a blast playing on the beach, and all……

“This is an older cabin but did not have any bad smells. It was nice to be beside the lake. I would suggest instead of the mirror in the kitchen to add some cabinets up above for more storage for pots/pans and dishes. It needs a spatula and maybe a better no stick skillet. We cook alot on our trips. But beside this was a nice clean place.”

“There’s a sign in the kitchen that says “Our Happy Place.” The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, we had a nice lunch and dinner prepared from the fully equipped kitchen, dogs can easily access fenced(?) deck from the living room while we all played games(host provided). Coming from the city, we all felt very close to nature because of it’s location and view from kitchen, dining and family room. Even our dog didn’t want to leave the front yard while on a long lead. Megan was the perfect……

“My wife and I had a great week at the Cozy Cottage. Loved the location. Although it is described as cozy, it was plenty spacious for the two of us and our Corgi.”

“This home was immaculate! The beds and pillows were super comfy. Board games galore and a foosball table that our teens loved. Fully provisioned kitchen. You can tell it is very newly renovated as you can still smell the paint and the floor lacquer. Landlord super pleasant and very responsive. Would totally stay again!”
