“The room floors and shower were extremely clean except for the shower vent. It look like someone took great efforts to upgrade the rooms to make them somewhat appealing with hand painting on the walls and clouds on the ceiling. Staff was pleasant. Parking easy. A/C was excellent. Area, a little uncomforable but nothing happened so may be just me.”

“Sweet place , love all the plants and orchids in the court yard. Room very clean, staff very attentive. Area beautiful and close to beach, little boutique shops and close to nice restaurants. Second time I stayed ❤️ ”

“This place was a total find! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Jaxson. The location was great and the room was clean and comfortable with a cute modern style. Check-in-out process was very easy. The air conditioning unit was very efficient and quiet. It was so convenient to have a Keurig, refrigerator and small microwave in the room as well as your basic cutlery and dishes. I would suggest the tiniest improvements to make the room even better… A small clothes rack or more hooks to hang a few……

“Great AC and fridge in the room. Very nice pool, even though it closes at 5-6. No dresser or hangers in the room. No where to put clothes. Limited room cable TV. Room not made up even though we hung the “make up room” sign on the door. Nice breakfast selection.”

“Supposed to be free breakfast- made me pay @$25?at check in for the “ continental breakfast”. The “ continental breakfast “ not good. We skipped that. Room was clean but “tired” very old. Looked like new paint recently but there were bare roller marks on the wall. Some tile damage in the tub/shower. If you want the beach it’s very good. We only stayed one night and would not stay there again. ”

“The bedding is synthetic, which makes the bed very uncomfortable. The place is very noisy. The AC sometimes sounds more like a tractor. The freezer compartment of the fridge does not even chill ice packs. It’s okay for 1–2 nights if you’re just passing through, but I wouldn’t recommend it for resting.”

“This is the world class hotel and spa. It’s still new so they’re working on improvements, but it’s a definitely must go to one of the nicest spas people are cool. Beautiful views is very serene.”
