“Sean, We had the best year of fishing in over a decade. The property is awesome, and access to the water is easy. One silly item would be more hooks on the wall to hang clothing. Also, I wasn't sure how to turn on the baseboard heater in the bedroom. I turned on the bathroom and left the door open.”

“This was the perfect house for us to be together on my parents 30th anniversary. The layout of spacious with various rooms for people to socialize and hang out in. The beds are so comfy, everything is clean. And the game room was certainly a highlight! We had a great time and thank you to the owners for being so responsive!”

We took the advice of the guide and visited Chet’s Place for dinner and visited the nearby lake. Both were great. My family and I had the most wonderful time and would love to return! 10/10 - would recommend!”

“We had a great time at our friends reunion. The house was lovely, with plenty of space for activities and supplies already on site. One piece of feedback I would give us just to be a bit clearer with house rules up front. I didn’t receive any instructions until our first night. But overall incredible, beautiful home that I would definitely stay in again!”

“9 of us, friends for years, made our yearly November weekend together at this house. Mealtimes are always big for us so the big table was wonderful with lots of space to move around. The kitchen might look small but very usable and had most items needed. You might need to look around to find what you are looking for including the second kitchen downstairs. Good space, light, room size and bathrooms. People loved the coffee in the bedrooms. There are a couple of high beds that could be a struggle……

“Total relaxation with the splendor of the Delaware River just across the lightly-traveled street. Too early for river sports but there’s plenty of hiking in the area’s many parks, easy access to services with a walk across the bridge to Callicoon (market, restaurants, movie theatre, a few shops) or just be still to watch the eagles fishing for hungry babes in the nest above, river ducks and geese, and small drifting boats with fly fishing folks. The front bedroom is tight and the second is dark……

“Cozy, spacious, clean and well stocked with pretty much anything needed to cook a meal, shower or go in the hot tub. Massive reserve of firewood (covered on the front porch, so it’s dry.) Stash of games, blankets for snuggling up, cabin charm in abundance. There were only two of us (it’s the perfect “bubble” for privacy), but there is more than enough room for 2 couples or a family. The property itself is a blast to explore. Enough hills and downed trees to make it interesting to navigate on……

“My husband and I stayed here in May of 2024 for a long weekend. Our prior Poconos cabin getaway was a bit of a disappointment - aging buildings, not very clean, few modern conveniences. This place was a very pleasant surprise! It has very new appliances, a large walk-in shower, a lovely two-person hot tub, a fireplace, HDTV (with an HDMI port if you bring any devices), 200mbps/25mbps (from what I could tell) Internet service (incredible for the location)… There was everything we could……
