Kelso Beach Cottage
We absolutely loved this place! It was so bright and cheerful. It was clean and we loved the open floor plan. You could see the water through the big windows. The deck was perfect. And the water was so close. Highly recommend.

40th college reunion
Absolutely beautiful house in perfect location. Owner and the manager were lovely to work with. We went in Oct, even with poor weather, we enjoyed the deck and walking the beach. Thank you!

Eriesistible!!!!
We have enjoyed staying at the Eriesistible for the past two years! The cottage is well maintained. The kitchen is fully euiped with anything you would need. The view from the patio is wonderful, especially the Lake Erie sunsets! Enjoying breakfast on the patio is the BEST! The owner and manager respond quickly to any issues you may have. Just 5 minutes away is Presque Isle with its many beaches. Kayaking and biking is also available.

Erieistible stay
From beginning to end everything couldn’t have been more perfect. Maureen was the most amazing property owner to communicate with. We loved the cottage it is so nicely put together on the view and sunsets were gorgeous. I definitely recommend this place and I really want to come back to it next year.

Awesome Location!
We have had many excursions to Erie but staying directly on the water with beach access was by far our best experience and worth every penny. Waking up to coffee on the patio overlooking the lake and finishing the day with a cocktail watching the sunset was amazing. We did not leave the property the entire trip. The interior was newly decorated and charming. Thanks to the property owners for a great vacation!

Fabulous getaway!
This property is perfect! Clean, beautiful location, and has all the amenities you need. I always overpack when we rent a house and I didn't need any of the extra things I had packed (eg. corkscrew, can opener, scissors, spices, etc.) because everything was already there. We've already booked our trip there for next summer!

Awesome mini vacation.
There were 6 adults and 2 children staying here for 4 nights. It was an awesome mini vacation. Most of our activities were spent on Presque Isle, just a few blocks away. The cottage was very clean and cozy. It was nice having 2 bathrooms for that number of people. It was great being able to have a fire on the beach, just out the back door a short walk to the beach. We had a great, great time.

Relaxing getaway
Where do I begin? This rental was perfect! The living space was comfortable and VERY clean. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything you could need- tons of dishes, cutlery, cookware, and spices, even a blender! The overall decor was SO cute and cozy. The beds took up most of the bedroom space, but that’s ok because it’s just to sleep! The beds and pillows were really comfortable!! The beach was beautiful and the water was clean. Just an FYI though, the beach was a bit rocky, but once you went a bit into the water, the bottom was nice and sandy (water shoes are a good idea!). It was easy to pay for an extra car to park for the week at the security booth. Lots of good restaurants in the area. All in all a perfect, relaxing vacation and I cannot wait to return!

Great for a getaway!
My husband and 2 friends booked a short trip (4 day weekend) and stayed in Eriesistible. From the moment we walked in you could see and smell how clean it was. Everything is newly renovated and there is so much natural light. You get an amazing view of the beach in the backyard. The water is a stones throw from the back porch. Didn’t have to bring supplies for cooking (pans, foil, oil, etc). The beach allows fires which is great too. The WiFi was a little iffy, but you’re on vacation so you shouldn’t be on your phone anyways, right? It was like being at the beach without having to drive 8 hours. We will absolutely be visiting in the future!

Beautiful Beach Front Cottage!
This cottage is beautiful with modern amenities, comfy beds and everything you would want! It’s right on Lake Erie and provides gorgeous views of the spectacular Erie sunrises and sunsets. The owners have stocked the house with most everything you will need for a wonderful visit including plenty of kitchen utensils, etc. along with a few spices, blender, coffee makers (kuerig and reg pot), plenty of serving dishes, dinner dishes and glassware. The three bedrooms are also beautiful. While they have maximized the space and added beds in each room, it totally works. There are cubbies and hanging areas in all three for storing your clothing, etc. and plenty of room under the beds to store your luggage and bags. The kitchen is modern with plenty of seating, the bathrooms both have full showers and are beautiful and the living area, which also has plenty of comfortable seating, looks out over the porch and then to Lake Erie. the grill is in great shape and there were two propane tanks available. I would recommend you bring toilet paper and paper towels or napkins, and, as the owner indicated, bring your own bath towels. Bring bag chairs or beach chairs, too, but there is a beach umbrella there although we did not use it. This is my first visit to Kelso Beach and we had a bit of difficulty finding the house. When you get down to the Kelso area, if you follow the house numbers, you will not see the house...it is in front of those cottages lining the street. You will walk between those homes to get to this beauty! There are visitor parking spaces, but just one assigned to this cottage. You will be greeted by a friendly gatekeeper at the top of the hill and additional cars will pay either a daily or weekly rate to park down near the properties. As we pulled out of the parking lot to head back home, we promptly logged on to book this spot for next year! It’s THAT good! We all LOVED our long weekend and vowed to make it an annual tradition!
