La Coquille - Appartement vue mer
Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you in Erquy, this charming flat with sight sea, at less than one kilometre of the beach, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. It is equipped with a living room of 22 m² (about 236 ft²), with a fitted kitchenette, with a balcony and with a parking lot. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!
It is equipped with a living room of 22 m² (about 236 ft²), with a fitted and with a cellar:
- A living room of 22 m² with a corner sofa and TV,
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Two bedrooms with 2 double beds (140×190) with sea view and access to the terrace,
- A shower room,
- A separate toilet.
Outside :
- A fenced and tiled terrace of 60m², facing west, with table, chairs and garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The flat is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, just over 1km from the centre. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, private parking for all types of vehicles is available. Free parking in the street.
