「This hotel is pretty good, the location is great with a few small restaurants and bars nearby which are worth a visit. Rooms are adequate and pretty comfortable though if you book the suite option, it really isn't at all. The staff were mostly good. The food was utterly atrocious. Many people were complaining about the bland, non-seasoned, offerings and the 'chefs' were not interested. The food felt cheap and there was not enough of it. Deserts were clearly all out of a box and pretty rough....

「Went for a Soul Train event st the Jacaranda Beach Club late Sept. This hotel was a great base- clean, reasonable food tho it could have been hotter & the bed a little less hard. But great value for money & location. Would stay again. 」

「Court séjour d’une nuit, la chambre est spacieuse et très propre, cependant il n’y a pas de volet aux fenêtres qui donne directement sur les allées de la résidence et les stores ne sont pas occultants ce qui est très gênant pour la salle de bain par exemple.. et l’éclairage des véhicule la nuit. Egalement, dans notre chambre nº3204 il est impossible de prendre une douche sans inonder toute la salle d’eau, nous avons été obligé de camoufler le seuil de porte pour éviter la catastrophe malgré nos...

「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」

「My second stay at this hotel and things have changed somewhat. No kettle in the room (you had to go and ask at reception for one, for a deposit) Missing bedside table. However, the room was a good size with ample storage and large bathroom. Towels were changed daily and bed made. Breakfast had a good choice and variety, although the orange and apple juices tasted synthetic and is not nice at all. 「super hotel ou le personnel du bar du restaurant et de menage fait son maximum pour rendre le sejour agréable. Mais 2 choses font que je n'y retournerai surement pas , avoir une chambre avec suppléments premium etre au 3ème et ne pas pouvoir profiter du balcon a cause du bruit de la chaufferie est inadmissible elle s'entend même fenetre fermée, il faut prendre obligatoirement une chambre cote piscine. La deuxième ce sont les animations uniquement en anglais, même si la clientèle est à 80 pour...
